Dutch Neck Deer Butchering is not your average deer butcher. Rather than offering run-of-the-mill, impersonal, band saw-driven deer butchering services to hunters in Delaware and the surrounding region, we butcher deer by hand — with knives, not band saws — and we de-bone all of our venison cuts.

Unlike other Delaware deer butchers and deer processors who make specialty items using 50% or more of pork, our specialty items include deer meat as the main ingredient! Our snack sticks — quite possibly the best-tasting snack sticks around — use less than 5% pork!

Our deer butchering prices start at only $95 per deer! $95 is a great price to pay for quality venison cuts with NO BONES! Plus, using Dutch Neck Deer Butchering alleviates the burden (and potential waste) of butchering deer yourself.

Specialty items are priced separately (at great rates!), and free samples are typically available in the shop!

Turnaround times depend on butcher shop volume and Delaware deer seasons. Basic cuts can typically be returned within one week.
